We believe people who have first-hand experience of social challenges are the best people to solve them.
Founder & Director
Katherine brings over a decade of experience working with some of the UK’s most memorable people powered campaigns. From putting a woman on a banknote, No More Page 3 to working with the survivors and bereaved families of the Grenfell Tower fire. Katherine has supported activists like Nobel Peace Prize nominee Jaha Dukureh turn a campaign to end FGM into a global movement.
Formerly Campaigns Director of Change.org and Media Manager for ONE, the global campaign to make poverty history, Katherine has seen first-hand how grassroots activism and people power can change our world.

Neelam is a campaigns and communications assistant, most recently working for Girls Not Brides and previously community manager for Hope and Homes for Children.
Neelam enjoys growing active communities. She founded Don’t Sleep on Us in early 2018, a network for young BAME creatives, putting on two sell out events so far.
